All prices include VAT and customs duty, except US import duty and taxes, which US buyers pay on delivery. Outside the United States, the price shown is the price delivered; nothing is collected on arrival. Live floors from published stock, in AED:

Prices in Pakistani rupees are published on diamond ring price in Pakistan: by centre-stone carat for lab-grown and natural diamonds, with the date the figures were checked and the gold rate per tola. Pakistan orders (Karachi and Lahore only) are arranged directly with the customer: a deposit at order, and the balance in cash on delivery or by bank transfer.

Delivery

Carrier: FedEx, on a contracted account. FedEx is also VYKA's customs clearing agent, so one company both carries the shipment and clears it at the destination. Brinks is used for selected high-value consignments. Every shipment is insured in transit and requires a signature on delivery; nothing is left unattended. All orders outside the United States ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP); US orders ship free, and US import duty and taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery. On request before the order, VYKA calculates the US duty, adds it to the price and ships DDP. Delivery estimates run from order confirmation, not from dispatch — most of that time is making the piece. Once dispatched, transit is typically 1–3 business days within the UAE and 2–4 business days to Saudi Arabia.

Shipping is free to thirteen of the fourteen markets. Pakistan (Karachi and Lahore only) is arranged directly rather than through standard checkout: a deposit at order, and the balance in cash on delivery or by bank transfer. Ring Studio and custom builds take 3–4 weeks of manufacturing in place of standard preparation.

Returns and guarantees

21-day change-of-mind guarantee on eligible items, from the date of receipt. These qualifications matter and are commonly misstated:

• The customer pays return shipping, including insurance and secure transport.
• Items must pass a QC review and be returned in brand new, resale-ready condition.
• Custom Orders are not returnable at all. A Custom Order is any item modified from its

original specification, including engraving, custom setting choices, or any resizing. **Because VYKA works made-to-order, most finished jewellery is a Custom Order — in practice the change-of-mind pathway applies to loose diamonds and non-custom stock items.**

• Also excluded: final-sale items, payment-plan or partially paid orders, and orders not paid in full.
• Eligible items must be unworn and resale-ready with all original packaging and certification.
• Certified stones must additionally meet VYKA's Diamond Inspection Policy: no brown, green or

milky undertones; round stones Cut Excellent or Ideal with Polish and Symmetry Excellent; fancy shapes Polish and Symmetry Excellent to Very Good.

• Cancellation: full refund within 2 hours of placement; a 10% administrative charge applies within

24 hours.

• Refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 10–45 days depending on the bank.

Wrong, defective, damaged or tampered items follow a separate pathway and may qualify for repair, replacement, exchange or refund. Every piece carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects; the full terms are on the warranty page. and applicable consumer law. No open-ended or perpetual cover is offered, and none should be inferred.
