Is the price I see the final price?
Yes — every VYKA price is all-in: it already includes VAT and customs duty, delivered to your door. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise fees on delivery.
Why are VYKA's diamonds more affordable?
We source diamonds directly and sell online, so the mall-level markups you'd normally pay never reach the final price.
Do you deliver across the UAE?

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?

What is the difference between a natural diamond and a lab grown diamond?

Natural diamonds form over billions of years deep within the earth. Lab grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment using advanced technology that replicates this process. Both are physically, chemically and optically identical. The key differences are origin, rarity and price. Lab grown diamonds typically cost significantly less than natural diamonds of the same quality.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab grown diamonds are 100 percent real diamonds. They have the same chemical composition, hardness and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is how they are formed. At VYKA Diamonds, our lab grown diamonds are IGI certified and our natural diamonds are GIA certified, giving you full confidence in every stone.
What does GIA certified mean?

GIA stands for the Gemological Institute of America. A GIA certificate is an independent grading report that confirms a diamond's cut, colour, clarity and carat weight. It is the most trusted certification in the diamond industry. All natural diamonds at VYKA Diamonds come with GIA certification, so you know exactly what you are buying.
What does IGI certified mean?

IGI stands for the International Gemological Institute. An IGI certificate provides the same independent assessment of a diamond's 4Cs - cut, colour, clarity and carat. IGI is the leading certification body for lab grown diamonds. All lab grown diamonds at VYKA Diamonds are IGI certified for complete transparency and peace of mind.
What are the 4Cs of diamonds?

The 4Cs are Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat. Cut refers to how well the diamond has been shaped and faceted. Colour grades how colourless the stone is. Clarity measures the presence of inclusions or blemishes. Carat is the weight of the diamond. Together, the 4Cs determine a diamond's quality and value.
Which diamond shape is the most popular for engagement rings?

Round brilliant is the most popular shape globally, prized for its maximum sparkle and timeless appeal. Oval has grown significantly in popularity for its elongated silhouette and brilliant faceting. Cushion and halo settings are also widely chosen. The best shape is ultimately the one that suits the wearer's hand and personal style.
What is the difference between round and oval cut diamonds?

Round diamonds have a perfectly circular shape with 58 facets designed to maximise brilliance. Oval diamonds have an elongated shape that creates the illusion of a larger stone and makes fingers appear longer. Both offer exceptional sparkle. Oval diamonds are often priced lower than round diamonds of the same carat weight.
How do I choose the right carat size?

Carat size depends on personal preference, finger size and budget. A 1 carat round diamond measures approximately 6.5mm in diameter. We recommend focusing on cut quality over carat size, as a well-cut smaller diamond will outshine a poorly cut larger one. Which metal is best for a diamond ring?

White gold and platinum complement colourless diamonds by reflecting their brilliance. Yellow gold is a classic choice that pairs beautifully with warmer-toned stones and vintage styles. Rose gold offers a romantic, contemporary look. All settings at VYKA Diamonds are available in 18k white gold, yellow gold and rose gold. The best metal depends on your personal style and skin tone.

Do you offer a price match?

Yes. We offer a price match guarantee. If you find a certified diamond of equivalent quality at a lower price from another reputable seller, contact our team and we will do our best to match or beat it. Our goal is to offer the best wholesale diamond prices in the GCC without compromising on certification or quality.
How do I care for my diamond ring?

Clean your diamond ring regularly using warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Avoid exposing your ring to harsh chemicals, chlorine or abrasive cleaning products. Remove your ring before activities such as swimming, gym or manual work. Have your ring professionally inspected and cleaned once a year to ensure the setting remains secure.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, and UnionPay. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are also available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Network International, a licensed payment provider regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE.
Do you offer a warranty on jewellery?

Yes. All VYKA Diamonds jewellery comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty that covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. This does not cover damage from normal wear, resizing by a third party, or accidental damage. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us at sales@vykadiamonds.com and we will assess the piece.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or preparation for dispatch and changes may not be possible. Custom orders built through the Ring Studio cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we offer engraving on eligible ring styles. You can add a personal message, date, or initials to the inside of the band. Contact our team before or after purchase to discuss engraving options and any character limitations for your chosen design.
Can I buy a loose diamond without a ring setting?

Absolutely. We have over 200,000 independently certified loose diamonds available to browse and purchase. We actually encourage customers to select their own loose diamond and build their ring through our Ring Studio — this way you choose exactly the stone you want at a transparent price, paired with your preferred setting and metal.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer free shipping across the UAE and KSA. We also ship internationally to most countries — shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning we cover customs duties and taxes so there are no surprise charges on delivery. See our full Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?

We offer one free resize within 30 days of delivery for eligible ring styles. Pave bands, eternity bands, and any ring with diamonds set along the band cannot be resized due to their construction. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost and resizing takes approximately 5–7 business days plus shipping time. Full details are on our Ring Resizing Policy page.
Do you offer payment plans or buy now, pay later?

We do not currently offer instalment payment plans. However, we are exploring buy-now-pay-later options for the future. For now, full payment is required at checkout. If you have questions about payment, contact our team and we will do our best to help.
