What We Will Price Match

We may price match eligible competitors on:

• Natural or lab-grown loose diamonds that are identical in:
  Carat weight
  Shape
  Color
  Clarity
  Cut grade (where applicable)
  Certification lab (e.g., GIA / IGI / HRD) and same certificate number
  Fluorescence (if listed)
  Polish & symmetry (if listed)
  Measurements (must be the same stone via certificate)
  
  
  
• Standard (non-custom) jewellery items only when:
  It is the same brand/model/design
  Same metal type & purity (e.g., 18K gold / platinum)
  Same diamond specs and total carat weight
  Same ring size (or size is available without paid alteration)
  
  

Eligible Competitors

Price match applies only to competitors that are:

Legitimate businesses with a live website
Selling in KSA / GCC / UAE / international markets with verifiable pricing
Offering items that are in stock and available to purchase immediately

We do not price match:

Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) or social media sellers
Auction sites
Classified listings
Private/individual sellers
Any seller with unverifiable certificates or unclear sourcing

What Must Be Included in the Competitor Offer

To qualify, you must provide:

• A direct link to the competitor listing
  
• The full item specs and the certificate details
  
• Proof the item is available now (not “on request” or “call for price”)
  

What’s Excluded

Price match will not apply to:

• Discount codes, coupons, bundles, gift-with-purchase offers, or “members-only” pricing
  
• Clearance, liquidation, closing down, flash sales, timed promos, or pricing errors
  
• Financing/instalment pricing comparisons
  
• Items with different certificate labs or different certificate numbers
  
• Differences in cut quality, fluorescence, polish/symmetry, or measurements
  
• Items located where the final landed cost is not comparable due to shipping, duties, VAT, customs, insurance, or payment fee

How We Compare Prices

We compare the total payable cost, not just the headline price.

That includes:

• Item price
  
• Shipping
  
• Insurance (if applicable)
  
• VAT / customs / duties
  
• Payment method fees (if unavoidable)
  

If the competitor price looks cheaper because fees are hidden until checkout, it won’t qualify until the final checkout total is proven.

Timing

• Price match requests must be submitted before purchase.
  
• The competitor listing must be active at the time we verify it.
  
• We reserve the right to limit one price match per customer per item.
  

How to Request a Price Match

Send the following to VYKA Diamonds Support:

• Your name and contact number
  
• The VYKA Diamonds product link
  
• The competitor product link
  
• Screenshot of the competitor checkout total
  
• The diamond’s certificate number (for loose diamonds)
  

We typically respond after verification, and we may request additional proof.

Final Approval

All price matches are approved at the discretion of VYKA Diamonds after verification. We may decline a request if the item is not identical, not verifiable, or not comparable on landed cost.

Supply & Availability Clause

Because diamond availability changes rapidly across global suppliers, a price match may be declined if the competitor’s diamond is not available for immediate sale, or if supplier availability changes before verification is completed.
