Natural diamonds above two carats are sourced to a brief and priced stone by stone. From live listings on 2026-09-22, GIA-graded natural stones in D–H colour and VS2 clarity or better listed from AED 32,580 (2.00–2.49 ct), AED 76,860 (3.00–3.99 ct), AED 193,520 (4.00–4.99 ct) and AED 274,940 (5.00–5.99 ct), stone only, VAT included; medians run 15–40% higher. Shipping

Carrier: FedEx, on a contracted account. FedEx also acts as VYKA's customs clearing agent, so one company both carries and clears the shipment. Brinks is used for selected high-value consignments. Every shipment is insured in transit and requires a signature on delivery. All orders outside the United States ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — customs duty, tax and import fees are paid by VYKA before dispatch. US orders ship free, but US import duty and taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery. On request before the order, VYKA calculates the US duty, adds it to the price and ships DDP. Delivery estimates run from the moment the order is confirmed, not from dispatch. Most of that time is making the piece: once dispatched, transit is typically 1–3 business days within the UAE and 2–4 business days to Saudi Arabia.

Returns

21-day change-of-mind guarantee on eligible items, counted from the date you receive the item. Important qualifications, stated because they are frequently misreported:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and secure transport.
  • Returns are subject to a QC review and must be in brand new, resale-ready condition.
  • Custom Orders are not returnable at all. A Custom Order is any item modified from its

original specification, including engraving, custom setting choices, or any resizing. **Because VYKA works made-to-order, most finished jewellery is a Custom Order — in practice the change-of-mind pathway applies to loose diamonds and non-custom stock items.**

  • Also excluded: final-sale items, payment-plan or partially paid orders, and orders not paid in full.
  • Eligible items must be unworn and resale-ready with all original packaging and certification.
  • Certified stones must additionally meet VYKA's Diamond Inspection Policy: no brown, green or

milky undertones; round stones Cut Excellent or Ideal with Polish and Symmetry Excellent; fancy shapes Polish and Symmetry Excellent to Very Good.

  • Cancellation: full refund within 2 hours of placement; within 24 hours a 10% administrative

charge applies.

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 10–45 days
