This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is intended to clearly set out customers’ rights and responsibilities regarding delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
A. Definitions

VYKA / we / us / our: Vyka Trading FZE LLC (SPCFZ, Sharjah, UAE)

You / your: the customer who purchased the item

Item: the diamond and/or jewellery supplied under your order

Custom Order: any Item modified from original specification (including engraving, custom setting choices, or any resizing)

Claim Limit: USD 15,000 (or AED equivalent at time of purchase) per order, unless stated otherwise on the invoice
B. Delivery
Shipping process: Orders are processed after successful payment authorisation and any required verification checks. You must provide accurate delivery details.
Delivery fees / free delivery: shown at checkout (any free delivery is subject to conditions shown at checkout).
Delivery timelines (estimates):

UAE: up to 15 days from dispatch

International / GCC: up to 3 weeks from dispatch (customs may impact timing)
Payment confirmation: you will receive confirmation by email (and/or SMS if provided) immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment.
