Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment authorisation and any required verification checks. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of successful payment.
Please ensure you provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. VYKA Diamonds is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted international carriers including FedEx, DHL, and Brinks — selected based on your location, order value, and delivery requirements. All shipments are handled with the care and security that fine jewellery demands.

Custom orders, including rings built through our Ring Studio, may require additional manufacturing time of 3–4 weeks before dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders delivered within UAE and KSA.
International shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — VYKA Diamonds covers all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. There are no surprise charges on delivery.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured up to the complete value of your order. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, your purchase is fully protected.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
If you have any questions about your shipment status at any point, contact our team and we will provide an update.
Signature on Delivery
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Our carriers will not leave packages unattended. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery or hold-at-depot process. Contact us if you need to arrange an alternative delivery time or location.
Packaging
Your jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Depending on the shipping route, your order may arrive in a VYKA Diamonds presentation box or in secure, discreet packaging for added security during transit. In all cases, your jewellery is cushioned and protected inside.
Order Issues
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or shows signs of tampering, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will arrange an inspection and resolve the issue promptly.
