At VYKA Diamonds, we apply a strict Diamond Inspection Policy to ensure every diamond meets high quality and consistency standards. This policy is designed to help you buy with confidence, knowing the diamond aligns with its certification and our acceptance criteria.
This policy applies to all purchases, online. Every certified Natural and Lab Grown diamond purchased through VYKA is reviewed against the criteria below.
Certified Round Diamonds
Cut must be Excellent or Ideal.
Polish must be Excellent.
Symmetry must be Excellent.
The diamond must have no brown, green, or milky undertones.
Certified Fancy Shape Diamonds
Polish must be Excellent to Very Good.
Symmetry must be Excellent to Very Good.
The diamond must have no brown, green, or milky undertones.
If a diamond is deemed unsuitable, you will be notified promptly via email or phone. If you choose to proceed despite our advisory, this will void the 30 Day Return Policy, and this will be explicitly stated on the invoice.
Treated natural diamonds, including stones enhanced through irradiation or HPHT, are excluded from the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and are not covered under the Diamond Inspection Policy.
