Ring Resizing Policy

Free Resizing

We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery for all eligible ring styles.

To request a resize:

  1. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email at sales@vykadiamonds.com
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address
  3. Ship the ring back to us — return shipping is at the customer’s cost
  4. We will resize and ship it back to you free of charge

Resizing Timeline

  • Resizing typically takes 5–7 business days once we receive the ring
  • Add shipping time for return and redelivery (varies by location)
  • Total turnaround: approximately 2–3 weeks depending on your location

Styles That Cannot Be Resized

Due to their construction, the following ring styles cannot be resized:

  • Pave bands — Rings with diamonds set into the band
  • Eternity bands — Rings with diamonds around the full circumference
  • Any band with diamonds set along its surface — Resizing would risk loosening or damaging the stones

If you are unsure whether your ring can be resized, please contact us before purchasing and we will confirm.

How to Get the Right Size First Time

We strongly recommend using our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size — it is easier to size down than up.

After the Free Resize Window

Resizing after the complimentary window may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
