Certified diamond engagement rings — natural (GIA) and lab-grown (IGI) — designed to order and shipped insured to the United States, at direct Dubai prices that materially undercut US retail.
A diamond engagement ring is one of the largest single purchases most couples make before a wedding — and in the United States, a great deal of what you pay has nothing to do with the diamond. VYKA designs certified diamond engagement rings for American buyers and ships them insured to all 50 states, built around your stone, your setting, and your budget. Because we buy direct from the Dubai diamond hub and carry no US showroom, our prices in dollars consistently land below US retail for the same certified stone and grade.
Last updated: June 2026.
Every diamond at VYKA is independently graded — natural diamonds by GIA, lab-grown diamonds by IGI. All natural diamonds are Kimberley Process-compliant and verifiable by report number. USD prices on this page are converted from our AED prices at the UAE dirham's fixed dollar peg (≈3.6725 AED to $1) and are shown as honest "from" figures.
The Price Advantage — Why a VYKA Ring Costs Less
The headline reason to buy from VYKA is simple: you are paying for the diamond and the craftsmanship, not for a US storefront. VYKA sources stones direct from Dubai — home to the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), the world's largest rough-diamond trading center — which puts us unusually close to the source. We hold no US retail lease, no mall showroom, and no domestic sales floor, so the costs that pad a traditional jeweller's ticket simply are not in our price.
That matters because of how US jewellery is priced. Traditional brick-and-mortar jewellers typically use "keystone" pricing — roughly a 100% markup over wholesale, and historically two to three times wholesale — while prestige houses can reach double or triple keystone. Even the leading US online retailers, who cut overhead hard, generally run markups of about 10–20%. VYKA's direct-from-Dubai model is built to sit at the low end of that spectrum, and the savings show up in the dollar figures below.
For context: The Knot's 2024 study put the average US engagement-ring spend at around $4,600 in 2025 (down from $5,200 in 2024), with 64% of couples spending under $6,000 and a third under $3,000. Against that benchmark, VYKA's lab-grown engagement rings start from $546, and a 1-carat lab-grown centre stone starts from about $610 — well under the national average, before you have even compared grade for grade. The honest way to use these numbers is as a floor: tell us your budget and we will show you exactly what is achievable within it.
Real USD Price Anchors — Where the Range Starts
We never quote a single hard price, because every ring is configured to your diamond type, carat, and metal. But here is where the real range begins, drawn straight from our live collection (every figure is a genuine "from" floor, not an average):
- Lab-grown solitaire — from $546. Our entry lab-grown engagement ring; the floor across the collection.
- Lab-grown 1-carat centre — from $610. The cleanest one-carat lab anchor, and the figure to compare against the $4,600 US average.
- Lab-grown 2-carat centre — from $1,195. A two-carat lab-grown stone for less than the average US couple spends on one carat at retail.
- Natural (GIA) — from $590 overall, from about $805 for a solitaire. The entry point for a mined, GIA-graded diamond.
- Natural (GIA) 1-carat centre — from $2,164. A certified one-carat mined diamond ring — set against a US-typical one-carat natural that commonly runs in the $4,000+ range.
Across the engagement collection, lab-grown configurations span roughly $546 to $6,400 at the product level, while natural stones scale considerably higher with carat and grade. These are real, selectable variants — not teaser pricing — and they are conservative: our AED prices include 5% UAE VAT, so a US-facing dollar price that strips VAT lands at or below the converted figure shown here.
Natural (GIA) vs Lab-Grown (IGI) — Your Choice, Made Clearly
A lab-grown and a mined diamond are the same material — the same carbon, the same hardness, the same fire under the light. GIA and the US Federal Trade Commission both recognise lab-grown stones as real diamonds. What separates them is origin and price: for the same grading on the report, a lab-grown diamond typically runs roughly 70% below its mined equivalent. VYKA's own data mirrors this — a one-carat natural starts from $2,164 while a one-carat lab-grown starts from $610, about 72% lower. Stacked on our already-low direct-from-Dubai base, that lab-grown discount is why roughly 61% of US couples now choose lab-grown, and why most of our American clients do too — pouring the difference into a finer cut or a larger centre stone. Others still want a mined diamond for its rarity and origin story. There is no "correct" choice; we label both honestly — GIA for natural, IGI for lab-grown — and leave the decision with you. Choosing the Diamond — the 4Cs on a US Budget
Every engagement diamond is judged on four factors. Spending wisely means knowing where to put your money and where to ease off without it showing:
- Cut — the single biggest driver of sparkle. We treat Excellent cut as the baseline; a brilliantly cut stone outshines a larger, lazily cut one every time.
- Color — D–F is colorless and ideal in white gold or platinum. G–H faces up white to the eye and stretches your budget, especially in yellow gold.
- Clarity — VS and VVS are both eye-clean. VS grades show no visible inclusions and are where most US couples find the smartest value.
- Carat — the weight, and the most visible lever on price. A well-cut 1.00ct often faces up larger than a poorly cut 1.20ct, so balance cut and carat rather than chasing the number.
Popular US Styles — Solitaire, Halo, Three-Stone, Pavé
The setting gives the ring its character. The styles US buyers reach for most:
- Classic solitaire — one stone, clean lines, nothing to date it; it lets the diamond do the talking and remains the most-requested US style.
- Halo — a ring of small diamonds around the center stone, adding visible size and extra fire for the money.
- Three-stone — a center diamond flanked by two companions, read as past, present, and future.
- Pavé — a band lined with tiny diamonds for continuous sparkle, popular paired with a solitaire or halo.
The cut shapes the whole feel of the ring:
- Round brilliant — the most light and fire, the safest classic and America's perennial best-seller.
- Oval — elongating on the finger and excellent value for visible size.
- Emerald cut — long step facets and a calm, glassy elegance for something distinct.
US Ring Sizing — Getting It Right Remotely
VYKA uses US ring sizing (the standard numeric scale, e.g. 5, 6, 7, with half sizes). If you do not know the size, we will walk you through measuring it discreetly — and because every ring is made to order, we build in a sensible resize margin so a small adjustment after a surprise proposal is straightforward. If you are buying as a surprise, message a jeweller and we will help you estimate the size without giving the game away. Our diamond size chart also helps you picture how a given carat weight looks on the hand.
Custom Design via Ring Studio — Consultation & Timeline
VYKA is not a showroom of pre-made rings. Every piece is designed and made to order, so the ring you receive exists for you alone. Start in the Ring Studio or message a jeweller: a free, no-obligation consultation over WhatsApp or video call; a curated shortlist of certified diamonds matched to your brief; then a CAD render for your sign-off before anything is cast. Bring a sketch, a reference image, or a description and we design from scratch — adjustments at the design stage are expected and included, and we do not cast until you confirm the design is exactly right. Production is typically 3–5 weeks, and many couples return for a matched wedding band designed alongside the ring. Please note: custom-made orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, so we confirm every detail with you first.
Insured US Shipping, Duties & Returns
We ship finished rings and loose certified diamonds to all 50 US states. Every shipment is fully insured, dispatched in secure packaging, and arrives with its full GIA or IGI certificate so you can verify the stone independently by report number. International delivery to the US is typically up to about three weeks from dispatch, and we work back from your proposal or event date so the ring arrives with room to spare.
Duties and taxes: we aim for clear, all-in pricing so there are no surprises on delivery. US import duties and customs are already included, so you pay only the price shown, delivered to your door. If anything is unclear, message a jeweller and we will spell out the full landed cost in writing before you commit.
Returns: eligible unworn rings can be returned within 21 days of receipt in resale-ready condition with all certification. Custom-made orders are excluded. Defective or damaged items are repaired, replaced, exchanged, or refunded after inspection. We also stand behind our pricing with a price-match guarantee.

Frequently Asked Questions — Diamond Engagement Rings USA
How much does a diamond engagement ring cost from VYKA in the US?
The range is wide and starts low. A well-cut lab-grown solitaire starts from $546, a 1-carat lab-grown centre from about $610, and a GIA-certified 1-carat natural from about $2,164 — all well under the roughly $4,600 US average spend. We never quote a single fixed price; tell us your budget and we will show you what is achievable within it.
Why is buying from VYKA cheaper than US retail?
Because you pay for the diamond, not a showroom. VYKA sources direct from the Dubai diamond hub and carries no US retail overhead, so we avoid the keystone markups (often 100%+ at brick-and-mortar jewellers) baked into typical US pricing. The savings pass to you in the dollar figures shown.
Do you ship engagement rings to the USA, and is it insured?
Yes — we ship fully insured to all 50 states. Delivery is typically up to about three weeks from dispatch, in secure packaging, with the full GIA or IGI certificate included. We time production and shipping back from your proposal or event date.
Are US duties and taxes included?
We aim for clear all-in pricing so nothing is owed on delivery. US import duties and customs are already included, so you pay only the price shown, delivered — nothing is owed at customs. If anything is unclear, message a jeweller and we will give you the full landed cost in writing first.
How long does a custom engagement ring take?
Typically 3–5 weeks from confirmed stone selection and design approval. Rush timelines may be possible depending on current production schedules — contact us if you have a specific deadline.
Can I verify the diamond before buying remotely?
Yes. Every stone ships with its full GIA (natural) or IGI (lab-grown) certificate, independently verifiable by report number, and we provide detailed imagery and video for remote review before production begins. Most US clients buy with confidence this way.
Is there a consultation fee?
No. Initial consultations are free and carry no obligation. We want you to have all the information you need to make the right decision, whether or not you proceed with VYKA.
