Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
We offer 21 Day return and Money Back Guarantee. Please visit our detailed guide here
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Delivery takes 1–2 weeks in the UAE and 2–3 weeks elsewhere. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the details. Shipping costs and insurance for your country are set out in our delivery policy.
Can I choose lab-grown or natural diamonds?
Yes. Our designs are offered with lab-grown or natural diamonds. A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond grown above ground, and it usually costs less than a natural diamond of the same size; both are certified by an independent laboratory.
Are the diamonds certified?
Yes. Every diamond is independently certified, by GIA, IGI or another laboratory, and you can check the report number on the laboratory's own website before you pay.
