Definitions
VYKA, we, us, our means Vyka Trading FZE LLC (SPCFZ, Dubai, UAE, UAE).
You, your means the individual customer who purchased the item.
Item means the diamond and/or jewellery supplied by VYKA under your order.
Custom Order means any Item modified from its original design or specification, including engraving, custom setting choices, and any resizing performed either during production or after purchase.
Eligible Item means an Item that meets the eligibility requirements in Section B.
Claim Limit means the maximum value threshold for this guarantee.
Claim Limit is USD 15,000 (or AED equivalent at time of purchase) per order, unless VYKA states otherwise on the invoice.
A. Purpose and Customer Notice
VYKA details its return, refund, and cancellation policy on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.
This policy provides a change-of-mind return pathway (Section B). If your Item is wrongly supplied, defective, damaged in shipping, or tampered, it will be handled under the Issue / Defects Pathway (Section C), in addition to any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of purchase.
B. 21-Day Change-of-Mind Guarantee (Eligible Items Only)
What qualifies as an Eligible Item
To qualify, the Item must meet all of the following:
- The purchase value is within the Claim Limit.
- The Item is in unworn, unused, resale-ready condition, with all original packaging, and with all original certification documentation supplied with the order.
- The Item is not a Custom Order.
- The Item has been paid in full, and where collection applies, it is collected within 21 days of VYKA notifying you it is ready.
- Any certified diamond or gemstone must comply with VYKA’s Diamond Inspection Policy standards, including:
No brown, green, or milky undertones.
For certified round diamonds: Cut Excellent or Ideal, Polish Excellent, Symmetry Excellent.
For certified fancy shapes: Polish Excellent to Very Good and Symmetry Excellent to Very Good.
Exclusions (Non-Negotiable)
This guarantee does not apply to:
- sale or promotional items where stated as final sale;
- payment plan orders, deposits not paid in full, or partially paid orders;
- Custom Orders, including any Item engraved or resized;
- eternity/full-set bands and similar designs where resale readiness cannot be assured after handling (where stated);
- treated natural diamonds (e.g., HPHT or irradiation) outside this guarantee and outside Diamond Inspection Policy coverage;
- rush/fast-track/priority production or special handling fees once initiated (non-refundable).
Guarantee period
You may submit a return request within 21 days of the date you receive the Item, or the date you collect the Item (if collection applies). The clock starts on the delivery confirmation or collection confirmation date.
How to make a valid claim
- Notify VYKA within 21 days by email or WhatsApp using our published contact channels and include proof of purchase and clear photos of the Item and packaging.
- VYKA will conduct a QC review, typically 7–10 business days after receiving required information and, where applicable, the returned Item.
- If approved, return the Item with all packaging, certificates, accessories, and documentation.
- Provide any additional information reasonably requested to validate the claim.
Return shipping and risk
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and secure transport. The Item remains your responsibility until received and signed for by VYKA (or our nominated receiving partner). Lost/damaged/seized return shipments may be declined. For high-value Items, VYKA may require secure courier methods or a nominated logistics partner.
Condition assessment
For approval, the Item must be returned in brand new, resale-ready condition, with no signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing parts, as determined by VYKA. If the Item fails inspection, VYKA may reject the claim and return the Item to you.
Fair use
- Maximum of one approved claim per customer per calendar year, unless VYKA agrees otherwise in writing.
- Bulk comparison buying, repeated returns, or suspected fraud may result in refusal.
C. Issue / Defects Pathway (Wrong / Defective / Damaged / Tampered)
If any of the following occurs, contact VYKA promptly and provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the Item and packaging:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant;
- The product is defective;
- The product was damaged in shipping;
- The product is tampered.
These matters may qualify for repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to inspection findings and applicable law.
D. Cancellation Policy (Paid-in-Full Orders Only)
Orders paid in full may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
If cancelled within 24 hours of placement, a 10% administrative charge applies and the remaining amount may be refunded.
No cancellation is offered after 24 hours of placement.
E. Refund Method and Timing
If approved, refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment where possible. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card (and/or the payment processor’s timelines). Where original payment reversal is not possible due to processing constraints, VYKA may issue refunds by bank transfer subject to verification.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and non-refundable service fees are typically not refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated on your invoice.
F. General Terms
This policy is personal to the purchaser and cannot be assigned or transferred. VYKA may update this policy from time to time. Any claim submitted before an update will be assessed under the terms that applied at the time of submission.
